Radamanthys (Manthos) Stivaktakis received his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from University of Crete (UoC), Heraklion, Greece in March 2017 and his M.Sc. degree in March 2019 from the same institution. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. degree in the same university and field, under the supervision of Prof. Panagiotis Tsakalides. Radamanthys initiated his academic path as a student in the Department of Medicine in UoC, up until his decision to pursue his long-standing dream of studying Computer Science. He is also affiliated with the Signal Processing Lab (SPL) of the Institute of Computer Science (ICS), Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) since February 2016. His main research interests include artificial neural networks and machine learning, image processing and remote sensing applications.
